Mexican Street Corn Dip
All the flavors of Mexican street corn turned into a dip.
Appetizer, Side Dish
corn dip, mexican recipe, mexican street corn
cooked by perferred method; can use drained canned corn
cotija cheese or queso fresco
optional but highly recommend if not using Tajin
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
*If no Tajin on hand use about 1/2- 3/4 tbsp chili powder, the juice of half lime, and salt to taste.
**You can use all mayo or all sour cream.
